I signed up for Hourglass’s 6 weeks transformation program as I had severe ankle injury and back pain caused to desk job. I wanted to start strength training to feel stronger and build some stamina & energy for myself. It was one of the best decisions I did for myself. Dora, Sandy and Nuri are fantastic trainers and know exactly how much to push. I have started enjoying my workouts and it’s a safe space for girls. I highly recommend them ♥️

Mariam HI would recommend this gym to all of my pcos-affected sisters. I'm a 25-year-old woman who has had pcos since i was 14 years old, and no amount of diet, doctors, gyms, or personal trainers have helped until I saw an advertisement on Instagram that’s said pcos. I called Dora and spoke with her about my appointment, and to be honest, I didn't think it would work. I started my training and the diet that was designed for me, and it worked like wonders. Keep in mind that before starting I was 65.9 with a lot of fat in my tummy and cellulite legs I use to look in the mirror and hate my body. Now I’m 60.5 I lost 5kg just in 8weeks. It is very important to be consistent and strict with training and dieting if u want to lose faster and gain your core and strength. With dora I started losing 1kg by each week. As mentioned above i had a lot of cellulite on my legs and thinking it was genetics 🙃. I was surprised that after my sessions with Dora, the cellulite started to disappear. Overall, I had the best time at Hour Glass. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to lose weight, get their dream body, or is suffering from PCOS.

Joined the gym around 4 months ago with 0 strength and no motivation to do any sort of sports. 4 months after I am fully motivated training nearly 5 days a week and lifting weight.
